- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging with packing slip. All gel polish which has been used can't been returned.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 7 days.

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

- To exchange your product, simply ship it back:
- In its original box, clearly untouched and unused, with the box and bottle intact - all gel polish which has been used can't be exchanged.
- Maximum 14 days after reception of your parcel.
As soon as we receive your mail, we will issue you a coupon for the value of the initial purchase with no delay and no charge! With that coupon you will be able to reorder the product you would like to receive on our website. If the product you now wish to receive is cheaper than the value of the initial purchase, we will issue you a coupon for the value of the new product, and refund you or credit your credit card for the difference between the prices of the products. - Shipping charges may be refunded if the return is due to an error by us. In all other instances, initial shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
